"I sindacati? Professionisti del veto", Montezemolo: "Serve riforma dello Stato"
Passaggio di consegne al vertice di Confindustria. Montezemolo:
"i lavoratori sono più vicini a noi"

Se l' america e' il futuro del sindacato, guardate il fatto che il sindacato in america oggi prende 800 dollari di contributo l'anno da ognuno dei membri, in molte posizioni pubbliche, e poche posizioni private, dove la "sindacalizzazione" e' obbligatoria, e dove la alternativa e' che i soldi della sindacalizzazione vadano nelle tasche di "imprese benefiche" come quelle dell' otto per mille.

Cosi' come la situazione e' in america, e' due volte inutile, perche' sponsorizzare la campagna elettorale di hillary o obama, o sponsorizzare le cricche di "assistenza" filo-clericale, e' uno scempio, per non dire un ladrocinio legalizzato, come tanti altri, quali l' esenzione delle "opere di bene" dalle tasse.

In cambio di questo contributo, il grandioso sindacato americano, produce cene aziendali, un po' come un qualunque club, ha potere discutibile nel negoziare salari, e nessun potere ne' interesse a difendere i proprii membri, in un certo senso e' un po' come il cagnolino padronale o il cagnolino del burocrate partitocratico, che da' la pacca sulla spalla dei licenziati, incassa i soldi, ed anziche' fornire assistenza legale ai membri, spende i soldi in cene e contributi alle campagne elettorali dei "progressisti".

Non so come siano le cose in Germania. Venti anni fa' pensavo che tutti i sindacalisti del mondo avrebbero fatto bene a tornare all' asilo dei sindacalisti, ad imparare dai tedeschi. Allora, il sindacato tedesco costava carissimo, ma era capace di negoziare posti di lavoro e condizioni contrattuali, a suon di acquisti in borsa.

Sostanzialmente, mi diceva il mio amico di Berlino, quando l' azienda andava in crisi, loro chiamavano il sindacato, ed il loro sindacato comprava azioni in borsa per mantenere l'occupazione. Mi sembra di capire che oggi anche il sindacato tedesco e' in crisi, con l'economia mondiale in crisi mi sembra ovvio.

L'altro lato della america e'l'impresa desindacalizzata, con regole di assunzione e licenziamento "at will" cioe' ognuno delle due parti puo' chiudere il rapporto. Questa america di impresa senza limiti ragionevoli, e' quella che oggi trasferisce il lavoro in india, non solo degli operai, ma di tutta la catena produttiva, specialmente dei "colletti bianchi", che ha piu' lavoro in nero che in bianco, e cosi' via. Questa situazione provoca ovviamente ripercussioni molto rapidamente, perche' la gente senza lavoro va in fallimento, trascinando con se' le banche e le imprese, in un vortice incontrollabile di "acceleratore negativo".

Non esiste solo l'aspetto puramente economico, ma anche quello politico, di questa situazione. L'esenzione fiscale delle "opere di bene" conta oggi in america 5000 denominazioni di chiese, con almeno 2500 profeti viventi (non l'ho detto io, lo cita la Assemblea Ortodossa, cercate il riferimento su Google), ed una associazione di "potere economico" composta di 256 denominazioni, che cerca di indirizzare il mercato nella direzione che vogliono loro (un po' come le nazioni unite degli IOR).

In parole povere, parafrasando George Bernard Shaw al contrario, "the ones that rob Paul to pay Peter, can always count on Peter for support", e questo succede agli equivalenti americani dell' ECA, perche' ovviamente, l'impresa "esente tasse" ha seri vantaggi su quella tassata, ed ovviamente, se oggi si deve essere bigotti per forza per lavorare, si contano in america il 99% di credenti, cosi' come si contavano prima della guerra in italia 99% di fascisti, e dopo la guerra 99% di antifascisti.

Ovviamente, le corporazioni delle "opere di bene", intascano anche gli introiti dell' equivalente del piu' moderno genocidio, la medicina privata, dove la vita e la morte della gente divengono un affare di profitto o di sottomissione religiosa, il tutto con l'imprimatur della classe dirigente conservatrice, forte di 85 membri con legami con il klu klux klan, ed altri con i legami noti, perche' la storia dei profitti su entrambi i fronti, della seconda guerra mondiale, la conosciamo tutti, un po' come la storia dei risultati su due fronti degli anni di piombo.

Purtroppo i sindacati italiani, cosi' come la politica italiana, sono morti con i sognatori, le generazioni di pre guerra di "part timers" che si occupavano gratis della cosa pubblica, e che credevano in quello che predicavano, gli Einaudi che prendevano il treno per andare a Roma, perche' sapevano quanto costano i voli di rappresentanza, per esempio.

E' chiaro che serve una soluzione, ma non venite a cercarla in america, perche' loro qui non hanno soluzioni neanche per loro, o hanno solo soluzioni che portano denaro a wall street dagli amici e dai nemici allo stesso tempo. Probabilmente, l'unica soluzione che hanno in mente, e' una terza guerra mondiale, possibilmente in europa come al solito, cosicche' possano speculare sugli amici e sui nemici allo stesso tempo come al solito, e possibilmente la crescita di una classe americana di nuovi pseudo schiavi, che consenta continuare la perenne politica di sfruttamento storico nata con la schiavitu' dei neri, e successivamente perpetuata con l'abuso degli emigranti.

L'unico posto dove vedo una soluzione, e' una europa profondamente unita, perche' una europa profondamente unita fa' paura al mondo, ed automaticamente decreta la fine della supremazia americana in economia e tecnologia. Per fare questo serve una alleanza militare europea, coerente nelle proprie azioni, in modo che si superi la situazione di "dividi ed impera" creata dalla NATO, un ampliamento della UEO potrebbe essere la soluzione.

Se la soluzione alle istanze del lavoro, della produzione, e della finanza, non saranno "europee", non si risolvera' nulla, eccetto che rendere i singoli paesi piu' poveri, e le singole economie piu' deboli.

Repealing churches' tax exemption threatens no one's freedom of religion. If a church sought to rent property from a private owner to conduct religious services but could not afford the rent that the owner was asking, would the church members' freedom to practice their religion have been destroyed? Obviously not: the freedom to practice religion that is guaranteed by the First Amendment does not mean that a religious group has an absolute right to take any property they want for their own use. Church taxation is the same. If a religious group could not afford to pay taxes on property that they owned, this does not mean that this group has been prevented from practicing its religion; it means that the group must seek out a new location to do so, one which they can afford. In the highly unlikely scenario that a church could not find any property whose taxes they could afford to pay, they would still be free to hold services on public property, such as a park, or in their individual members' residences. Even in such a case, no one's freedom of religion has been infringed in any way. The only "right" that is threatened by church taxation is the facetious and imaginary right of a religious group to do anything they want just because they are religious.
