Here the model of enterprise for a logistic society, as partially realized by Krupp in Germany and Olivetti in Italy, the factory needs to be "self sufficient", for workers housing, mess, spares stores, self protection.
This is an indispensable step before the crash of the money system planet-wise, better safe than sorry.
In so, local defense also may become indispensable, and may need to be built in the infrastructure.
