La sovranità del popolo o dei mercati?

Pur essendo convinti che questa manovra, come quelle precedenti e come quelle che seguiranno, è soltanto una tappa del tour di saccheggio ai danni dei diritti dei cittadini e dei lavoratori, conquistati in oltre mezzo secolo, e di depredazione dei Beni Comuni, vogliamo provare anche noi a cimentarci nell’esercizio più in voga di quest’estate: dove troviamo i soldi per dare una risposta alle “esigenze” dei mercati?

Prima, però, una piccola premessa molto sostanziale, fatta di cifre semplici e secche: ogni anno dobbiamo fare a meno di 60 miliardi che se ne vanno in corruzione; ogni anno 120 miliardi non sono incassati a causa dell’evasione fiscale. I tutto fanno 180 miliardi. In dieci anni sarebbero 1800 miliardi, ovvero lo stock di debito pubblico.

Se lo stato si mettesse di buzzo buono, senza guardare in faccia a nessuno, potremmo azzerare il debito pubblico ed emanciparci dallo strangolamento di chi oggi lo detiene…

Se poi si facessero emergere i 350 miliardi di economia sommersa e si inseguissero (altro che scudo!) i 500 miliardi di capitali rifugiati nei paradisi fiscali… (fonte: Soldi Rubati, di Nunzia Penelope), magari oggi non staremmo qui a tremare ogni volta che la borsa di Milano apre i battenti…

Vabbè… Intanto cominciamo con questo elenco (che si aggiunge alle già innumerevoli proposte di buon senso, come quelle contenute nella contromanovra di Sbilanciamoci) e lo lasciamo aperto al contributi dei lettori e dei commentatori…

can discern everyday between the charlatan and the scientist

in the spirit of checks and balances
and in the spirit of separation of powers
this is a draft proposal of separation between the "legislative" power
and a new proposed fourth power, the "logistic scientific technical" power
whereas the technocratic virtual assemblies to be created
answer the "representative" requests of the politicians
with "the best solution" based on logistic evidence and scientific method

now the "technocrats" "would not" be able to vote/approve their proposals
and the "politicians" "would not" be able to "formulate" proposals
this is "real" separation of power
"in the interest of humanity as a whole"
...
"any" reduction of resources has to "take away" somewhere
the problem of democracy is that there is a lack of fairness
where the majorities take away from the pockets of the minorities
this is a principle that must be overcome
in a "civilized" system

thus the need of the formula above
where the technocrat says "give"
and the politician has to give to all in proportional measure
or where the technocrat says "take"
and the politician has to take from all in proportional measure
...
the list is a further prove of the wish of the incompetent
so well reflected by a good share of the elected political class
applying half of the list measures will help to go bankrupt faster
and/or to have a civil war sooner
but 2,6,9,10,11, and 14 make somewhat sense
