Germany Says U.S. Federal Reserve Heading `Wrong Way' With Monetary Easing

The U.S. Federal Reserve’s push toward easier monetary policy is the “wrong way” to stimulate growth and may amount to a manipulation of the dollar, German Economy Minister Rainer Bruederle said.

Fed Chairman Ben S. Bernanke yesterday gave Group of 20 finance ministers and central bankers meeting in Gyeongju, South Korea an overview of the U.S. central bank’s efforts to jumpstart the world’s largest economy. His strategy, which investors expect will soon include greater asset purchases, drew criticism at the talks, said Bruederle.
...

... well, is a "damn if you do and damn if you don't situation" ...
... there is no practical other way to stimulate investment ...
... and contain job losses ...
... which in turn cause fiscal revenue to dissolve ...
... which in turn causes shrinking budgets and higher rates to public finance ...

... where the cleptocracy both in europe and in america ...
... has proven to be ineffective ...
... is avoiding that the benefits ...
... would favor only banks and not solve any long term issue ...
... that is where both Europe and America should concentrate ...
... shrinking the fat vampire-pigs that suck the blood of the planet ...

... the first solutions would be closing the useless wars ...
... and nationalize "all" the central banks on planetary scale ...
... followed by intense automation of public services ...
... and heavy investment in non fossil, non food based energy ...

... it looks that Europe has a problem of fixed costs ...
... that should be solved with reductions of payroll on a proportional scale ...

... both have problem of excess debt service costs ...
... that should be solved by revisions of the fractional central banking system ...
... and a "usury law" that establishes the maximum rate of lets say 11% ...
... won't probably be possible, but it "should" be made "retroactive at 2001" ...
... "financial fraud" towards governments has no statute of limitations, possibly anywhere ...

... while America has a problem of waste of public money ...
... respectively at central level with excess of military-justice costs ...
... at state level with an educational system that wants to be the Marriott international ...
... and at county level with a list of "sons of the white duck" and "non profit" suppliers ...
... and a number of useless programs and an "efficient" useless bureaucracy ...
