The office computer is designed for work, but the longer the workday gets, the more it tempts us to play. Recreational Internet use costs employers a lot of money and it's costing ever more Brits their jobs.

... too much gray zone, serious regulations are needed ...
... the gray zone leaves too much space for BOTH employers AND employees abuse ...
... "five minutes break per hour work" should apply ...
... no official mail accounts for private business should apply ...
... business should not be entitled to undermine in the 5 minutes "freedom of information" ...
... employees should not be entitled in the 55 minutes to waste their company time while on the clock ...
... unless, off course, they are paid by strictly by "commissions" or by completition of the work regardless of time, then the constitution applies ...
... employers should not pose uncostitutional restrictions on employees just because they are so retard that they can not work on anything else but windoze, an handicapped IT department, and in some cases industry, should not give rights to employers to violate employees constitutional rights ...
... this is called "reality check", you are free as employer to buy a "trabant" (with all respect for trabants), but don't restrict your employees rights because of your choices, you would not have that much of a problem if you would have bought a BMW in the first place, decisions have a cost, is unfair to pass poor management costs of decisions down the line to employees that can not decide ...
... anyways, even in a perfect world where employees don't go to porn sites ...
... windoze is totally unreliable and manages to get hit by boots, worms and viruses anyways ...
... "no microsoft" equal no viruses equal no problems of where people go ...
... there is no need of introducing employees censorship to protect employers incompetence ...
... or worse bad faith and political dream and agenda ...
... to mine or eliminate fair labor rights ...
... amen ...
