"The panel researched reports of multiple shootings on campuses for the past 40 years and no scenario was found in which the first murder was followed by a second elsewhere on campus. Nowhere."

Lets apply this method of reasoning to aviation:
"There is no scenario where two boeing 737 cought fire in the last 40 years on the same day, so why bother grounding them, "statistically" they only cought on fire every six month, in the last year.

hey, would you buy a used airplane from this guy ?, I hope he does not teach logic over there ...
