In Shift, U.S. Talks to Russia on Internet Security
Many countries, including the United States, are developing weapons for use on computer networks that are ever more integral to the operations of everything from banks to electrical power systems to government offices. They include “logic bombs” that can be hidden in computers to halt them at crucial times or damage circuitry; “botnets” that can disable or spy on Web sites and networks; or microwave radiation devices that can burn out computer circuits miles away.

... bet they had them for decades ...
... that would explain why some processors architectures ...
... fry misteriously ...
... and also why your systems need to be reinstalled once a month ...
... once they start targeting you ...

... the US industry has conducted for decades ...
... "unconventional warfare" against its customers ...
... in order to sabotage their efficiency of operation ...
... and in order of obtaining industrial expionage results ...
... but now the whole world understood it ...
... and the same attacks are coming back to the US ...

... now who wants to trust this two buddies ? ...
... an old say, you want something done right, do it yourself ...
